During the course, students practice for 6 months a year, total practice time throughout  the course is 18 months equivalent of 1,200 full-time working hours (full time). Students are paid overtime in salary as an Australian citizen for practice hours – the average salary about 3,200 AUD per month. Normally, school arrange for students to practice in the Hyatt International Corporation, Four Seasons, Accor, Marriott … Also, while learning theory, as prescribed by student visa law, students are allowed to do more 20 hours per week while studying and full-time employment in summer or holidays.
