What Fitness Instructors and Class Members Wish The Other Knew

Fitness is on a lot of people's minds at the start of the year.  One way to make sure New Year's resolutions become true lifestyle changes is to find activities you love.  You're more likely to stick with something that brings you joy rather than suffering.  For that reason, many turn to group fitness classes.  They're fun.  They're motivating.  They're as social as they are physical.  To make the most out of any group workout, though, instructors and members have to understand each other and work together.  I've compiled a few items instructors wish their members knew and vice versa.  A little understanding goes a long way.  Here's to a happy and healthy new year!
